Nowadays they make fabulous games and have shitty management.

i really dislike some of the things EA does, so i think criticism is fine. (Day 1 DLC/Online passes would be the primary complain for me)..
but then again, EA does publish and/or develop some great games, like Mirrors Edge, Dead Space, Amalur, and else. (aside of their Main/EA Sports franchises.)
So while i'll keep complaining about some of their business decisions (which aren't any bad, compared to what activision does to your wallet) , i think it should be at least aknowledged that EA is also home to a big bunch of talented developers.

I like EA. I´am playing for more 10 years EA games. They have great games like Mass Effect Command & Conquer and there Sports games are the best in the industry except the NBA series.

Mostly I just chalk this up to idiot gamers overreacting with nonsense. It is like how all the Xbox owners complained about Nintendo betraying them by making Wii with motion controls.

How can you not buy their games when they bought and now own our favourite companies and their franchises?

By not buying their games. If you have a problem with the way they run things, that is really the only way to change them. If you buy their games then don't complain when they continue what they're doing. Or at least complain but realise you are partly causing what you don't want.

To be fair, Bioware have been more commercially successful since EA bought them. The problem now is that they're almost too big. They have grown rapidly and now employ 1000 people around the world. Some games and products are going to suffer as a result of mis-communication or put bluntly, some newer teams won't have the same level of talent as the core team(s).
