I doubt it. It doesn't seem like something that would be that interesting to even try out, let alone base your console around it or have it a major feature.

Just edited article to credit Johnny Lee. His Youtube demo is also very informative so linked his video to. Thanx for the info

Sony's Virtual Boy!
Just kidding :)
But anyway, 3DS may be doing fine but it's not actually taking off like 'hot cakes' as Nintendo had planned. I doubt Sony would follow suit with this 3D fad. Their products may be 3D-ready, but I highly doubt they'd focus their main selling point on this.
But then, who knows. I was dead wrong about Wii...

I'm not discounting 3DS' early-ish success but it's still too early to tell if it'll actually be as successful as the DS.
Either way, I don't think Sony's main selling point will revolve around this 3D fad.
head tracking? I don't think so.
I'd bet they focus on improved PSEye more like Kinect and that combined with Move.
I would find it interesting to see this on an image rather than on some graphics display.
Because you can cause a similar illusion with the lines in a cube drawn on a sheet of paper.

Whether it continues selling at this pace is irrelevant, the fact of the matter is that it did sell extremely well last year, no matter how you want to look at it.

No one cares about the Wii because it doesn't make games for gamers. It was a one-trick pony that's ran it's course and has zero sustainability. Modelling future consoles on the Wii would be catastrophic.
