Publisher City Interactive and developer Deck13 have revealed Project RPG

Due for release across PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC in 2013, the project is headed by Tomasz Gop, former senior producer at The Witcher studio CD Projekt RED.

The game is set 1,000 years after the death of a God, whose corpse has become a mountain that divides the world in two, each side with their own philosophy. Players will cross the border between sides early on in the game, and must decide which to join. It is an action role-playing title with a focus on player skill and progression. Its story will mirror players’ actions and play style through its vision and ideologies.

Combat is said to be inspired by Dark SoulsKingdoms of Amalur, and Batman: Arkham City. It will be an in-depth battle system, yet simple to grasp. Enemies will be recognizable only be their behaviour and fighting.

A “New Game+” option was also confirmed.

They are still anouncing games for 2013 in 360 and PS3! And there are people that still believe Xbox 720 will launch this year...

Inspired by Dark Soul's? This game will be amazing.

It's rare that I can be so excited by a piece of concept art, but here I am.

Give it to me, you beautiful bastards. I will buy it.

Hmm, its rare that this small an amount of info gets me this excited but here I am, pumped up for sure!
I like the sound of the concept, still on the fence about the combat though, I love the combat in Demon's Souls and Dark Souls, haven't played Arkham City and I find the combat in Kingdoms of Amalur boring as hell so I'm confused...

It'll probably be somewhere between Dark Souls (Witcher 2) and Arkham City's counter system, with a character customization like Amalur (or Witcher 1, if you prefer) where you can spec your character to be effective in different ways.

Anyone remember this "Game" ?

Sign me up.

The few infos already available make it look very promising.
