I just realized you can right click any photo and go to "image info" to see (in most cases) the name of the image i.e game.

Alundra 2 is a bad sequel but a very excellent stand alone game in my opinion. It's in my top ten games of all time list.

Truly underrated in my opinion. The same people who scream "change is good" for Final Fantasy sequels give this game shit for being different. The hypocrisy! *looks at lestadark*

Please look yourself in the mirror before you call anyone a hypocrite.

I wouldn't mind a complete change to Alundra if it was done properly. It wasn't. An excellent stand alone game? Please do tell just one thing that Alundra 2 did excellent.

The mechanics? Clumsy as hell, especially since the game is cluttered with non-sensical puzzles that boggle down exploration. Unlike Alundra's puzzles which had a meaning and were logical, Alundra 2 puzzle's are literally shit on a stick that they sold you to bear any resemblance to the name Alundra. Most of them are illogical and highly missplaced.
The visuals? Probably one of the worst in the entire PSX library.
The story? What story?.... It's downright inexistant and the only thing worthwile is Ruby and Albert lightheartedness.
The controls? You mean the way that jumping was unresponsive as hell and that the dash locked you down in the action almost in every embarassing situation?
The sound effects? You mean the way Flint screams like a girl whenever it gets hit or how there are sound queues out of place?

If there's anything positive I could say about Alundra 2 is that it was one of the few RPGs from the PSX era that did VA's properly, but that's about it.

Except for the graphics, I could say the same thing about Final Fantasy XIII, shit on a stick. But I'm not here to argue at all. I realized a while back that only a select few on the forums appreciate Alundra 2 for what it was. I didn't think you would take my hypocrisy comment to heart. At least not you as our FFXIII back and forth jabs have been a continual thing.

I was going to answer voice acting. But as a joke, because it was so embarrassing. Just like any other PS1 game that attempted German voice acting. Although Metal Gear Solid still takes the cake, because the backlash was so huge that Konami kept the following games in English.

Anyway, I liked Alundra 2. Of course, you need to accept that it is a big step down from the first game in order to enjoy it, because it's clearly worse in every area.

It was a good VA for the PSX times, which is as you say, not much to look at, given the examples of that era. Personally, I was dissapointed with the game, mostly because it was indeed a step down from the first game. I didn't mind it's change for a more action RPG focus, but clearly everything was done for the worst, especially when it comes to the story part.

You can't create a game whose original story revolves around a character (Alundra) and then go "Well, let's disregard everything about Alundra (the character and it's story) and create a whole new story and background but still call it the same, because we need a carrot in a stick to lure the fans of the previous game into this".

Pretty sure this one will have not actual link.

(Killzone pic)

Killzone. Easy peasy.

Not sure if it's KZ2 or KZ3, though. It looks more like Killzone 2 IMO.

Damn, is it really that bad? Been a month since I 100% completed Alundra, and I was about to start Alundra 2.

bet with Mordred11 that Rage will look better on Xbox 360.

Wait, you found all golden falcons?

Golden Falcons aren't hard per se, but it's almost impossible to get them at the first playthrough, because some of them are one time only (the dream dungeons and Olen's House one) and you don't know that by then.

Afterwards it's easy, you just need to be methodical about it and explore everything available to you at each specific time.

I think the most I ever got was 48/50 and when I looked up Gamefaqs there wasn't a single guide with a complete list. That was over a decade ago though.

I wouldn't call it easy to get them all, because the one time only areas still remain and there is no 100 % clear pattern. I am quite sure that there is at least one dream dungeon that contains two golden falcons while most other places only have one.

But at least I got 50/50 life.

Actually, there are a couple of dungeons that have 2 and I think there's one with 3. In my first playthrough I got about 42/50, but recently I did a new one and got all 50, I just took care of writting down what areas I had explored and what locations I had found the falcons.

The hardest ones to get, outside the missable ones, is the one on Magyscar (mostly because people forget to go back there once they get the Fire Rod) and the damn casino roulette one.

Yeah, I think I never got the one from the roulette, because I knew it would be annoying and without knowing where the 50th falcon is it would have been wasted effort.

The problem with the roulette was that it actually cheated against you. Every other set of moves would end on the Black colour no matter what which would basically threw any kind of strategy or pattern recognition into oblivion.

Winning once for the Life Vessel was hard enough...5 times for the Gilded Falcon was just torture. Funny thing though, if you win all the Life Vessels and Gilded Falcons, you're "kicked" out of the casino

On my first run, no. I got like 45 or 46. On my second run, I used some help to get the remaining ones.

Here are some:

1.

2.

3.

4.

Number 1 is math blaster, number 3 is night trap, number 4 is similar to Scorched planet, but it's not. Probably is a great game, Scorch (cute name I call it) is fantastic.
