Golden Falcons aren't hard per se, but it's almost impossible to get them at the first playthrough, because some of them are one time only (the dream dungeons and Olen's House one) and you don't know that by then.
Afterwards it's easy, you just need to be methodical about it and explore everything available to you at each specific time.
