Resident Evil 4 (for the horror fans)
Forza Motorsport 4 (I hear the AI is a step down from F3)

Any more suggestions?

Tekken 4
Star Ocean 4
Crash Bandicoot Wrath of Cortex (Fourth installment in the main series)
Devil May Cry 4 (though 2 still remains the worst in the series)
Final Fantasy XIV (it ends with a 4 :P)

I haven't play MGS4, but owning AC:R I agree. Now is a bad game? no, but compared to previous installments it's a disappointment. I haven't even beaten the game yet and I actually have put more time into the multiplayer than Single. THAT'S NOT A GOOD THING!!! Hopefully AC3 can do right.

MGS4 wasn't bad. just easy and felt less about stealth.
every assassins creed was bad though. all too short in decent cities but nothing to do in them, except collect feathers.

Not only did I play it, I completed it.  It one of few games that I was truly able to multitask with. I cleaned, folded clothes, exercised, etc. You do a lot more watching and listening than actual playing.

Bear in mind, I didn't actually say either game was bad.
