My Dad's side. Again though it's very little. XD My Dad looks quite Italian but my Mom is mostly, almost all, British and my Dad has some British in him. The German comes from both sides also and is a little more prominent in my Dad than my Mom.

My Grandma speaks very little Italian and my Grandpa is an American (literally) so he knows no language other than American. Except the times he sweetens up my Grandma with his very little French. XD My Dad, oddly enough, speaks French and not Italian as his second language. He used to be a Hotel Director with a French Supervisor. ^_^ So my Dad actually knows more about French culture than Italian culture. My Mom doesn't speak any other language other than English because she is horrible at retaining info. She is somewhat ditzy.
