My Dad's side. Again though it's very little. XD My Dad looks quite Italian but my Mom is mostly, almost all, British and my Dad has some British in him. The German comes from both sides also and is a little more prominent in my Dad than my Mom.

70% British 25% German and around 5% Italian.

Lots of brittish, but you're a true american, a mixed blood caucasian born and raised in the states! Does dad or granpa/granma speak italian?
