You should have told her that you wore the same pair of pants for a week and that you don't wipe your ass when you poop.  She would have thanked you for not giving up your seat.

OT: anywho if you want to feel good about yourself you can ask evil people as they would say you did the right thing

Look I see it this way: if you feel bad about something then you probably did the wrong thing.

We all do mistakes but we should learn from them and hopefully not repeat them in other situations. If you still feel bad even after a few days see if you can help someone ells or maybe even the same woman. You might go through the same thing again with her, who knows 

You never loose anything by helping someone
