Gay parents are fine. Nothing is wrong with the children that gay parents raise, instead of a mother and a father, they get two fathers or two mothers. WHAT is the big deal with this?

You fail to realise how amazing a childs mind is, they are far more willing to learn, accept and understand than a teenager or an adult, allot of people do not factor this in, thats why a child learns more in the first 5~ years of it's life, then they will ever learn in the rest of their life. - Gay couples aren't mentally unstable or anymore stupid than a heterosexual couple, they ARE capable of looking after and raising a child in a normal, safe environment.

Now if you are worried about the social aspects of the child and how they will be treated by others... I.E at school... Then that's not the fault of the gay parents. That -is- the fault of Society, Religious groups and heterosexuals. THEY make those kids raised by same-sex couples hard with their derogatory comments and discrimination, this is what gays and lesbians have been fighting for, to put an end to it.

All the points you have raised thus far have either been:  So far left wing that they are deemed incorrect... Or you forget it's the Religious and Hetereosexuals that are the root cause of all the issue at hand that gays and lesbians face. Time to move on. Their are more important concerns in the world; it's time to give equal rights to everyone already.

nope, wrong.  See, first and foremost I would never even try to push my 'agenda' unless their agenda wasn't such a massive part of western politics...well, US politics anyway. And the main difference between those 'ignorant backwards barbarians' any myself and other likeminded people is that we use logic and rationale to guide our actions, not an outdated, ignorant book to justify our hatred and intolerance.  TOTALLY different situations.  the fact that you can't differentiate between the two further shows that you're no better.

I am pro-choice in regards to gay marriage. If they want to get married than it should be their choice to make. Neither religion or government should stop homosexuals from getting married.

We call ourselves a modern civilised society but gay marriage is illegal in most places around the world due to organised religions preventing governments from changing the law.

Catholic church is regarded as one of the most ultra conservative religions on the planet and remains stuck in its 2,000 year old beliefs, customs and traditions.
