I highlighted what I thought were surprises. I thought PilotWings and Steel Diver would be switched around, that Harvest Moon and Devil Survivor would, as originally DS games, would be smaller, that Ocarina would be bigger than Star Fox, that Mario 3D Land would be at least a gig, and that New Love Plus would be anything but maximum size.

Love and tolerate.

Pikmin 2 is the one that they didn't re-release on the Wii. Which is odd since number one sold the best in America... Sometimes I hate Nintendo. >_<"

What?

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

Hmm... if this is no joke they're obviously planning something big. Very interesting indeed.

I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!

Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

1998 was the greatest year of gaming?

While there are many great reasons for that, my personal vote would go to 2001. Conker's Bad Fur Day, Paper Mario, Pokémon Gold/Silver (European release), Grand Theft Auto III, Halo: Combat Evolved and Luigi's Mansion are some of the reasons for that. Another one would obviously be the release of Gamecube and Xbox :P

Lets not turn this into a spam tree. Although this would have been cooler if one cat said, "Nin", then another "ten", then another "DOh".

Coulda shoulda woulda

Okay, I'm done.
