95% of the people getting these 'scratches', just don't know how to handle their stuff. These are the people that Slam (with the capital S) their DS' shut and are the people that find it strange when their PS3 dies when it's Clogged with dust.

I noticed scratches on my 3DS within my first week of ownership -- I believe it was actually the second day or so. I certainly wasn't "Slamming" it shut. Thankfully, they haven't really gotten worse. They just kind of appeared, and they're staying the same. Not such a big deal as I was afraid they would be.

Are you sure it's not just dirt?

I've noticed that your hands may rub off grease and dirt on the edges around the touchscreen and on the circlepad. When closed, this dirt sometimes rubs off on the 3D screen which kind of looks like scratches, but you can easily clean it.

The Wii U covers look too much like the GC ones. I was hoping for something new.

It seems Target now has the game box art on their site. So it's pretty much certain that Nintendo or its marketing partner is at least supplying these images. The target one even has the spine of the box.

It also looks like the DVD cases are blue this time, maybe.

Very nice! Different enough from Wii's (a flaw of DS->3DS boxes)

Just came in to comment on Nintendo possibly selling the Mariners.

I think they should. They admit to not really even liking baseball and to make matters worse they never watched them play and they don't put anything into the team in attempt to put a worthy product on the field.

The team is currently 51-60 and finished the last 4 seasons with records of 67-95 (2011), 61-101 (2010), 75-87 (2009) and 61-101 (2008).

This is during a time when Nintendo was making billions in profits. It's time to sell the team to people who care and not people only using ownership of the team to push out custom styled Nintendo products.

Haven't seen the Mariners 3DS yet, but I am sure it's available to buy at the stadium.

yes because a lot of owners careabout spending money on the teams they own. Look at the chicago bulls. One of the most profitable franchises yet their owner is stingy and wont spend to win a championship ring.

Best boxart "labels" to me is still the 1st generation Genesis covers.

I love that black grid

BIG LOL!

Think twice before "paralyzing" Pokémon, trainers... it's inhumane :(

Did you just compare the Bulls owner to the Mariners owner?

Bulls went 50-16, finishing with the best record in the NBA, 62-20 in 2010, 41-41 in 2009 and 41-41 in 2008. In the same time span you have (1) team that never finished above .500 and ships off their good players (Exception only being Felix Hernandez) while the other is a playoff team every single year and puts good players around their superstars.

Bulls spend $55M/year while the Mariners spend $63 (Ichiro was an $18M/year hit). $55M is normal is Basketball. $60M in Baseball is nothing, especially when ~$20M of that is only Felix Hernandez.

Bulls owner also owns the White Sox, who are currently leading their division with a 60-48 record. They made the playoffs twice in the last 4 years and won their division once, with this year making it a possibility to make it 2 out of 5 in division titles and 3 out of 5 for playoff births.

Terrible comparison.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Got a retro room? Post it here!

Remember too, the Bulls didn't lose because the owner was stingy, Derrick Rose tore his ACL in the first game of the playoffs.

Must admit, I really like the look of the WiiU cover. Big fan of blue.
