Well, at least 3DS will be safe... not new games - one at best and that's it - but it does not need that like the Wii U did.

Why the hell don't they do anything more with 2D Mario? This really feels like a money maker... It doesn't really feel like they're adding something new.

I know you guys may be upset with the conference(as am I), but it seems like a lot of casuals like it. People seem very postive on facebook, and my brother, who is not a hardcore gamer at all, thinks its neat.

I wish they showed what retro was working. Theyve been in development for at least a year and a half, they need to show something.

I love Mario as much as the next guy, but I really hoped they'd do something different with this one! I'm tired of the same old art style (this'll be the FOURTH (4th!) Mario game with the same design!) and that they don't go all in!

To me it changed a lot. Mario can't change drastically. Just think about, nowadays what game does?

They won't release a uncharted game with cel shaded graphics, or a Ratchet and Clanck that's all that different.

Mario found it's identity, the rest is evolution.

So this holiday season, we have Pikmin, Mario, casualware, the standard 3rd party stuff the other HD systems get, Rayman, enhanced ports, Lego City, and Scribblenauts.

Actually, for a launch window lineup, that's not half bad!
