Forums - Sony - Are the Vita commercials lying to the public?

I'm still not exactly sure what they were supposed to be lying about in this commercial

The commercial ain't lying, its just your brains are deceiving you. My advice: use your brains better to understand the commercial, it clearly says 3G to check out leaderboards.

And I didnt even have to watch the video, only read the description. Some people...

The OP thinks they are lying about the ability to game over 3G, when Turkish pointed out it clearly says 3G to check leaderboards.

I don't see any mention of the ps3 anywhere...

"Your spot on the leaderboard is never safe"

The commercial doesn't advertise multiplayer gameplay, it advertises Unit 13 and its leaderboard updates over 3G.

The commercial doesn't lie at all.

Yay!!!

"3G Gaming, Game Changer" at the end is pretty misleading, almost lying if you don't try to spin it (like saying that leaderbords are supposed to be "gaming")

But only a retard would fall for that, since 3G gaming like they show is impossible. Then again, the world is full of retards.

I'm as uninformed as they come when it comes to the Vita (because I don't care for handhelds) and the ad gave me the impression the guys on the street and on top of buildings were playing against each other online.

So if that's not the case then I'd have to say that yes it is misleading.

Signature goes here!

So, to recap: Is Unit 13 not a multiplayer game?
