Excellent list! I'd add F.E.A.R. under FPS's, though, and maybe Pac-Man Championship Edition under XBLA.

 EDIT: Also, Aegis Wing, since it's free and such.

Also, some of your values seem a little high. For example, I can't find Forza 2 for $59.99 anywhere (only $39.99).

I think Mass Effect should make this list regardless of its full-pricing. Whilst Eternal Sonata only becomes good value at a cheaper price, ME took me 35 hours on my first play-through, about 30 of which were incredible, the other five of which were good. I will replay it at least once, maybe twice, with different classes. DEFINITELY good value.
