Homophobia isn't tolerant though is it? It's the very opposite, you can't treat homophobia and homosexuality as one and the same, because one is clearly wrong and the other is natural, not really open to debate.

I wonder though, do you think it's ok for people to be racist and the likes here?

I'm glad you understand the rules though

OT: It's sad this has happened but these things need time, one thing's for sure, the world is only going to get more tolerant as the years pass, much to the dismay of those that don't want it too

Disagrees with me in what sense? That it isn't tolerant? I don't know how you can argue it is :-S

It's not an idea, it's fact! As natural as hetrosexuality is anyway.

I've noticed there's a very healthy gay community here, probably because it's one of the few sites were you can be open about these things withot being insulted by a thousand raging trolls (not just being gay, but in general).

But this poll makes you realise how many people still think like this, even here. To be fair lurkers can vote too.

Well from my observations, the only place you can get away with it is where lots of trolls hang out like N4G and IGN forums or wherever (YouTube as well). Whereas places like VGchartz and Neogaf where decent (and actual) discussion takes place, it's not allowed.

Immaturity and homophobia seem to go together like a jigsaw peice when it comes to younger people on the net, for the most part anyway.

Edit - I'd say the same for racism as well, unfortunately :(
