What's the lowest 3DS went?

Whatever the number was before the price cut, but that was because of the pricecut. If you want the lowest real 3DS week, you should look at lowest week ignoring that week. 

Well PS3 had five new releases. Also One PIece Musou is releasing next week so maybe the hype sold few consoles. Next week is going to be interesting as One Piece will have that special PS3 bundle also.

Pre price cut week was 4k~

Lowest week outside of that is 16,415

Well Famitsu has Harvest Moon at #1 for the week: (no numbers though)

That 16k week was also affected by the price cut announcement as it happened during that week, I believe. The prior week to the 16k week was the last week that was unaffected by the announcement, which was about 22k I believe.

So to me the lowest week that should be based on is 16k, when in reality the lowest week is 4k. 

@smbu2000, I think still, a good reflection is 16k week. Eventually it would have reached such levels. 

If nothing big happens PSV will reach similar numbers without announcing a price cut!!
