I have never played a RPG game in my life. I really been diggin' Xenoblade it looks like a game I can get into,but, I've never played a RPG game in my life. I've been playing video games since I was 5-6 years old,but, never a RPG game. Since the first trailer for Xenoblade, I've been hyped for this game. 

Here's my question to u guys, should I buy it or not? Why or why not?

If it's your first, you can do a lot worse.

So long as you have the time to play them, RPGs are probably the best genre out there, and Xenoblade is one of the best examples of said genre :)

Why?

No clue but I am going to buy it and I haven't played rpgs much since the PS1 era (except old school rpgs on VC).  I haven't played it yet but from what I've heard it seems like a fun game.

Buy it, and even if you absolutely despise it, at least you have a real reason to say 'I don't like RPGs' in the future.

I've never been into RPGs myself, but XenoBlade's REALLY awesome!
However, you must be prepared to invest a LOT of time in the game. A LOT. It's long.

I don't think there are many things that would get in the way of you enjoying Xenoblade just because you haven't played RPGs before. It's an MMO type active battle system so it's not extremely strategy focused, leveling your character is also relatively simple and uses MMO-like skill trees, and questing is simplified because you only have to take and complete the quest you usually don't have to return to the quest giver afterwards. Anything that gets a bit more RPG focused like managing relationships is completely optional so it shouldn't be too much of a deterrent for you.

It seems like a worthy game for a newcomer to the genre; buy it.
