Anyhow, if you mean it doesn't look like Sharla, take a look at the thigh-high boots, shorts, and vest. That's Sharla's look. The thing on her back is just her rifle.

If you meant Melia, those are definitely wings on her head. I don't know why she's lying down/squatting/whatever, though.
