I wonder sometimes if Apple approves like this that it should not to cause harm to others.

If you are going to have an approval process, then you should not allow things like this.
(And I wonder what a court would say about it. It would be interesting to turn the tables on litigious Apple.)

They have a ton of lawyers but they should know not to allow any Nintendo IPs on their market considering Nintendo's obvious stance is that they don't release apps for iOS or Android. Should be an automatic lawsuit but Nintendo might think twice about suing Apple. Be nice if they could get some money from Apple for being so stupid and arrogant with their shitty approval process.

Funny, I also just found a fake pokemon yellow game in Android Market for $0.99. Only has one download and a one star rating to go with it. Guys says he dl for lulz and its just a bunch of images, no actual game. lol.

Still surprised IP owners haven't found it yet. lol.
