So both HD consoles will narrow the gap to less than 20 mill. The PS3 might even get within 10 million because Sony are famous for their overlapping sales into a new console generation.

it depends on how well sony and microsoft support their old consoles when their new ones are released. we know sony will keep the ps3 going even after their next cosole is out. im pretty sure microsoft will keep supporting the 360 aswell. its actually possible both may end very close to the wii. also depends on where the wii rests. with the wii u releasing this year, i dont see the wii passing 115m.

Both will pass Wii with total lifetime sales.

Assuming there will be any Wii shipments beyond 2013 at all.

Through if next xbox or ps4 is 300$ or cheaper at launch it could cripple sales of ps3/x360.

Rest will depend on how long Sony/MS keeps them on market as both have potential to sell beyond 2015 at 3-4 milions pace like PS2 is doing today.

360 and PS3 both have a planned 10 year life cycle apparently. So i'm guestimating both will be at least 10million behind the Wii by the end of it all. But we won't know for many years to come. Nice to see the video game industry thriving.
