It really depends what you are talking about, and it can be a little debatable, since multiple systems could be counted as one if there wasn't much of a break.
The most ever in a 1 year period is 102 feet at Mount Rainier from Feb 1971 to Feb 1972. The most in a single season is 95 feet, also at Mount Rainer for the 1998-1999 winter season.
The most ever in 1 month is 390" (32.5 feet) at Tamarack California.
Most ever in 24 hours is 76" at Silver Lake, Colorado
Most ever in 1 storm is 189" at Mt Shasta Ski Bowl, California
The most ever in 1 hour is apparently 5" in Pennsylvania, although I swear I have seen something that Syracuse got 24 or 26" of snow in 3 hours in the not to far past, although it was in a very very small area.
