Edit: Interesting note is that the krogan soldier, when combining Fortification and Rage, could have damage reduction of 60%, which is 1.5 times greater than that of a human Sentinel with Tech Armor. Now a krogan Sentinel with Tech Armor, in Rage, could have damage reduction of 70%, which is almost silly.

Yeah I recently unlocked him as well although I haven't played as him yet but I've seen other high level Krogan Soldiers and he is an absolute beast. Of course the character I really want to unlock is an Asari with the stasis ability which is just utter destruction. I played a game on Gold with an Asari, Krogan Soldier and myself (Infiltrator) and we made it all the way up to wave 6. I must say though I don't think Gold is possible even with 4 maxed out characters with the best guns in the game.

Guys, I haven´t tried the demo, don´t know how long it is and I don´t know if you can answer me based on what you´ve played, but here goes:

I really like Mass Effect but just didn´t find Mass Effect 2 really enjoyable, and here´s why...the level design and the scanning to acquire resources didn´t click with me...of course this is all subjective, I imagine a lot of people didn´t like the scanning either, but loved the level design..as for me, I felt they were a bit too linear and small, constricted, making the action sequences boring to me...so can you tell if the level design for ME3 has been improved from that perspective?

From the demo, it has the same linear and small corridors of ME2, but bear in mind that the demo was tailored especifically to showcase the improved combat and enemies more than to showcase the actual game per se. 

Still, the first review released for ME3 did note that in level design it's closer to ME2 than ME1. It would be perfect if they introduced the variability in level design of ME2 plus the open space of ME1 (the repetitive designs on ME1 were more obnoxious to me than the linear corridors of ME2). The first level was horrible on PS3. The graphics sucked and it suffered massive framerate drops. It was playable though. The next level with Wrex was a bit more enjoyable.

I downloaded it when it was put up on PSN but didn't play it until I finished my Final Fantasy 13-2 playthrough, which was last night. So I put the demo on today and the first thing I noticed was how bad the graphics looked, I couldn't remember them looking like that but I honestly think this due to me just finishing Final Fantasy 13-2 in which the visuals are far superior. The demo seemed ok and the gameplay mechanics remain the same which is a good thing to me. I didn't enjoy the demo as much as I wanted to, the voice acting didn't seem all that good it wasnt very intense to say earth was bein invaded. But nevertheless this will stay per ordered and I can't wait to get into it when it's released!

I've been thinking about it and if you had a maxed Asari with Stasis, a maxed Infiltrator, a maxed Krogan Sentinal and a maxed Engineer then it would be possible.

Hahahaha nope, that shit is hard. I'd want some seriously upgraded weaponry and optimized character builds - for everyone - before I went in there.

Anyone else utterly addicted to the multiplayer in ME3? If the campaign is as good as ME2 then ME3 is going to take over Skyrim as my favorite game of all time.
