How do you cut in the line at the McDrive? It's not pushing gently some people to the side..

I can't say I feel much sympathy for this woman or her "starving" kid.

The title doesn't say it all either. "Mother tazed for cutting in line."

Re-write that to say "Woman tazed for disrupting business, refusal to leave premises, criminal trespass, failure to obey lawful order of law enforcement officer and most likely, resisting arrest."

The real story probably went something like this: woman zips into line at the cut out exit (just before the order intercom/menu), customers in line start yelling or honking, manager comes outside to see what the commotion is about, customers complain about the line jumper, manager tells woman to pull in to the back of the line, woman refuses and eventually shuts her engine off, blocking the line, manager calls police, police arrive and tell woman to move her vehicle, woman refuses, woman is now trespassing yet still ignores repeated orders to vacate premises by law enforcement officer, woman receives final warning which is also ignored, woman gets tazed and is removed from premises.

This is exactly like the story I read earlier this week titled "Man tazed for walking dog without leash" which should have been titled "Man tazed for violating leash law, failure to obey park official, providing false information to said park official and attempting to flee scene."

The story was the guy was walking his dog without a leash in violation of the park leash law and then gave the park ranger a fake name (wasn't carrying any ID) when he was confronted and then ignored the park official's repeated commands to stop (lawful arrest) and attempted to leave the scene.

Good. Fuck line jumpers. It's an entitlement problem i've confronted all the way since middle school. Closest thing i ever got to an actual fight in high school was against this kid who thought he could line-jump with impunity because people felt sorry for him because his parents murder-suicided. Personal tragedy is no excuse for being a jerk.

I like how she stated starving.... This I assume happened in the USA. So how is the kid starving if he lives in the USA and is taken to McDonalds in their parents ride? The kid might have been hungry but not starving. I really wanted to see if the kid was fat also. That would just add more insult to injury. However, the mother didn't look fat so it is a toss up. If the mom was fat then it would be at least an 80% chance the kid would have been fat.

Right? Articles love to make things seem more ridiculous than they were. In no way was this a case of, "WHAT? You cut in line? Fuck you, bitch!" *taze.*

She cut in line, was asked to please step back into her correct spot in line, got indignant and disrupted business, then was asked to leave the premises, still refused, was ordered by the police to do so, still refused, and finally, then was tazed (after possibly also, yes, resisting arrest).

Never line jumped in hs but I did steal school lunches.  Talk about a freaking rebel!!  Almost got caught the last time so I put an end to that after I played the situation off.  I informed her that I was merely going to collect change from friends for the lunch.

I think they jump the gun on this one but I doubt she would have left on her own will and somebody had to teach her a lesson. Plus, that's a dick move. You aren't above anyone and we are all busy people. Wait in line to get diabetes like everybody else.

ALSO, if you are serving your "starving children" fucking Mcdonalds, you deserved  to be tazed. Seriously, that shit is poison.

Hahahaha, same thing here. I probably made off with over a hundred meals before they caught me, but I was able to play it off smooth. I never did it again after that though.

They'd seen me take a slice of pizza, so they sent the assistant principal after me and he asked me if I paid for it, I said yes, and he said I walked right past the lunch lady at the register, so I said that's because I paid for it, then as I was walking away, I saw a friend back in line and went to say hey. So then he asked me how much I paid for it and, because I was smart and DID occasionally buy my food (putting up appearances and all), I knew the prices. They couldn't prove it, but they had their eye on me now so I wasn't gonna risk anything again.

Oh, high school. The ten years since haven't been so kind to them... nowadays, the kids can't pull any of the crap we did back then. Even have to wear uniforms now.
