As opposed to Uncharted's lame environments and misguided notions that Nathan Drake falling through every floor in the game = storytelling?

Indeed, and it's quite a departure from Uncharted 2(and 3, but 3 was a bit more minimalist imo) |
exactly..and I thin this is just wonderful. Two contrasting projects under ND flag. I hope Santa Monica can do the same but then again they are involved with a lot of other devs in supporting game development. Imagine GOW and a FPS/RPG from Santa Monica = Mind Blown

Oh, right. Sorry about that. Let's go through this list. I apologize for a kinda messy post in advance.
Uncharted 3 wasn't exactly a super hit game, it got most of its sales through massive bundling.
In other words, the "super hit game" Uncharted 3 didn't bring in any money, so Naughty Dog has to cut back on voice actors.
Similarly, yes. But not on the same scale as in the Uncharted franchise, because the money isn't there anymore.
But Sony got cold feet, because the awesome 360 lineup for 2012 was already getting too good. Therefore they had to showcase the game much earlier than originally planned.
Purposefully kept vague, because at this point not even Naughty Dog knows what they want to do with this game.
This is why non-Americans despise America. Such a high level of patriotism is unhealthy.

Thank you...though now this suggests that VGC is slacking, it takes this long for people to nitpick the misconstruable items from an article. Perk up your game peeps!
I like the sound of this game. Probably be one of the last Ps3 games I buy.

I will except your opinion if you've played an Uncharted game.
I hope this sees a release near the end of 2012 but no doubt some kind of delay will bring the release date to February 2013.
