Sounds to me like you need another job... or maybe just lower standards :D

I want it to cost $250, which is what I believe it's actual value is. If this happens, I'll purchase on day one.

Though I expect it to cost $350, in which case I probably won't end up buying one for a few years. Of course by the time it's in my price range, its technology will be as obsolete as the current Wii console's. So it may very well end up being the first Nintendo console I don't purchase.

You won't be buying it then. That was the Wii's launch price, it will for sure be at least 50-150$ more.

$300.

That way you can at least buy one game. Personally, I'm not getting Wii U until after its first price cut.

Bundles keep getting better year after year, and many kinks still have to be ironed out around launch time.

It's essentially a Wii HD so anything between 300-400AUD not even USD.

Are you aware aussi dollars are more expensive than US ones?

OT: $350 seems about right.

And a friendly reminder to people quoting other posts, keep 2-3 max, it makes the thread un-readable. Thanks.

I'm well aware of the exchange rates. The Vita there will cost $250 whereas it will be $350 aud here. I should have specified anywhere between 200-300USD.

No more than $299

Gaming on: PS4 Pro, Switch, SNES Mini, Wii U, PC (i5-7400, GTX 1060)

$300 with a copy of Wii Sports 3

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

So I will wait until a price cut =)

I still have plenty of Wii and some PC games waiting in my backlog.
