I would be able to live with $450.00 at launch. Anything above that better have some Supa Fly shit included with it to make it cost more!

They'll sell it for 600 and add some extra wheels.

playing right now: Xenoblade Chronicles

Hype-o-meter, from least to most hyped:  the Last Story, Twisted Metal, Mass Effect 3, Final Fantasy XIII-2, Final Fantasy Versus XIII, Playstation ViTA

bet with Mordred11 that Rage will look better on Xbox 360.

Anything higher than 349 seems unrealistic for me. graphically it's on par with the PS3 and 360, and they're both going for 249 (If you buy the Kinect bundle). I don't think people are willing to spend more than 100 $ or € more for an equal HD console + touchscreen interface/controller. Obviously there must a way to connect a second controller (how else are gonna play multiplayer?) and charging more than $100 for a controller?...nah, unlikely.

So what do we get? $249 console + $100 controller = $349. But who knows? Maybe Nintendo does another 3DS and adds a hefty profit on it?

It's great that you know the final specs of the wii u, to know that it's graphically on par with ps3 and 360 while the rest of us are dealing with mere rumours produced on the internet.

300 - 350 sounds about right, 350 being if they include a game with it. Anywhere over 370 would be too much for it and they would most likely lose quite a few potential customers.

I WANT it to cost $1.

I seriously doubt the Wii U will be on par with current HD consoles in terms of power. Do you have any evidence to support your claim? I would expect the Wii U be more powerful by a considerable amount.

Why would it not be? I've seen specs and reports that say it is indeed more powerful than the PS3/X360. I don't have them right now but I know I heard and saw them. The Wii U like all other consoles won't show it's true power right away anyway.

I'm actually expecting the Wii U to be fairly ahead of the PS360 in terms of power.
