“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.
@megaman79 Very nice. That is some good news.

Dragon Quest spin-off seems good, is it for 3DS?
btw, i've just tried MGS3D demo, controls are great, but i think there is no motion controls option : (
graphics look ''good'' without 3D, but with the 3D it looks awesome
don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^
Pity that Rollercoaster Tycoon will, in all likelihood, never exist now. What else is Atari up to nowadays?

Can you mention this in the vgstocks thread too? That would be awesome.
So, new 3DS owners can now also download virtual console titles, above and beyond the ambassador priviledges, thought they have to pay, right?
In other words, has the VC officially come to the 3DS for non-ambassadors?
Guys... don't play the Metal Gear Solid 3D demo. Just don't play it. It's not fun at all. Literally, all I had to do was run to the location and hide behind a crate until the enemy went away. After that the demo is over. Yeah, it is very disappointing for me in many ways.
The controls work fine(work a lot better with Circle Pad Pro), graphics are not that bad, but the demo itself was very disappointing. If you're not interested in stealth games, then this one is not going to change that.

Adjusting Fire Emblem such that dead units would be ressed later would mean that strategy would be completely different in casual mode. Having sacrificial lambs for use could make the game much more fast-paced
Which would be interesting to see. I'd wonder if i could cross this "casual" mode with hard difficulty (like if casual mode is a switch that applies to each difficulty, so i could do top-level difficulty, but with the ability to play with sacrifices)
hmm
Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Thanks for the warning. I was interested in trying the demo out but after seeing that you don't even use a knife or anything sounds pretty lame. I had fun with the Resident Evil demo but I'll avoid this one. I might still pick up this game later on sale new on Amazon.
