That Project Offset thingy you posted was actually a pc-exclusive made by Offset Software, but it got canceled in mid-2010. The trailer you posted is the exact same as one posted in 2007, so this definitely isn't real.

No way that is an AssCred game!!! That's fantasy - look again and you'll see a huge creature walking beneath the wall... AssCred ain't no fantasy game! However, it looks very cool - but I'm taking this more like a rumour; it could be fake!
