For those that do like him (myself included because he sticks to his guns), I think he deserves kudo's for being so close (based on vgchartz numbers). Also, just as an extra bonus, if nintendo had been able to supply demand, his 24 mil prediction would probably have been close as well.

He was wrong, based on our information, but so was everyone else.

DM, he made the prediction over a year ago and came within 500K of being right, I think we can say he was close enough

With last week overtracked Japan Wii hardware, I thought JL prediction would have been correct. Nevertheless, it is very close to 20M. Lets wait for this week Japanese hardware number first. Maybe there will be a miracle, who knows.

I think he was much closer then the site says... we'll probably have a better idea in a few weeks.
