I just bought Dark Void for $7 at Gamestop.  I didn't think about it at the time.  I was bored in the mall and I browsed the gaming section.  Before I knew it, I was walking out with a wallet to store my 3DS games and a copy of Dark Void.  It's my first game purchase of 2012.  Starting the year off right, eh?  Anyway:

-Last game purchase of 2011: Bionic Commando (3DS eShop/Virtual Console)--retail: (Alice The Madness Returns/Dead Space 2/Vanquish--all three purchased at once from Gamestop with a Christmas gift card).

-Last game played in 2011:  Super Mario 3D Land (Nintendo 3DS)

-First game purchased in 2012:  Dark Void (360)

-First game played in 2012:  Super Mario 3D Land (Nintendo 3DS)

Last game acquired for 2011 was also Mario Kart 7, first game for 2012 is likely to be Zangeki no Reginliev (leaving for Japan tomorrow!)

I went to my friends house for the New Year's and we played on his PS3 Earth's Defends Force. We played it before and after mid night on the New Year's.

Today I bought Mortal Kombat and Deus Ex: Human Revolurion in a 2 for £20 deal. Edit: The first game I played in 2012 was Cooking Mama 4
