Polyphony Digital has always been a first party studio of Sony. Naughty Dog was an independant developer that became first party in 2001, long before Uncharted was released. As far as the question posed by the topic creator, I'd have to say either the PS2 or God of War II.

Obviously when they took their proposed SNES CD add-on, stole Nintendo's controller and added grips and a second set of shoulder buttons to it, and called it their own console.
