When the new site launchs I'll look at trying to get the sales threads a lot more detailed with info and better presentation, so might only be sales staff doing them. Need ioi's permission first though

The previous mode do create sales threads was more funny .

This mode is just fine.

huh? You mean how it was previously done? Like I said it was fine with 3 regions but now it's going to become like 9?

Updated OP, all in one easy to read chart!

As long as we keep all the data we currently have access to, so users will still be free to do their week on week, YoY & pre-order comparison tables, then I won't complain. :)

But please not 9 individual threads per week, that'd be a big mess.

No. The old style... pressing F5 to be the first to put the thread (that's a forum after all).

One thread is better (or three at most).

I like the way you did/changed the table in your first post Seece :)

Yeah I agree, which is why I'll get ioi's opinion.

But it would be good to have some consistancy and more depth to the thread. If I knew I was doing the thread weekly, or fortnightly in turns with someone else, I'd be able to plan for it with excel charts, all yoy figures ready, ect. Just make it a lot more clear and readable. Some people do the threads and don't have a clue. I guess that's part of the charm though ...

We'll see! Whatever is best to spur on discussion. There would still be the various pre order threads for the mad dash

Good. Individual threads for different regions would be an idea...

That was fine for 3 regions and a WW thread, but we've split up into far too many countries now, and even more early next year, it'd just be a big mess. It's good to keep weekly sales all in one thread with the title/op updated. IMO anyway.

I think there should be individual threads for europe, japan, north america, and then a global one. The current way is very confusing and you dont know when people are starting to talk about a new chart when it get released etc.. (if that makes sense)

It's mediacrate, which is why I've put ~. Will update VGC numbers when they come in.
