Not really. And M$ bought one of the larger studios during the blu-ray vs HDDVD war as well. They have a history of throwing a lot of money around for marketing, and one could make an argument saying that this moneyhatting is basically a marketing, effort.

well well well ..... so, if windows phone is the winning ticket, then why has nokia's stock price stayed so low? You both realise that android is popular bc it is free as opposed to ms demanding a cut, actually has a large number of apps including the revolutionary google wallet as opposed to windows phone's relative lack of an ecosystem, and is frankly getting more popular by the month.

You are making a direct correlation between what sells and quality. If that was the case Britney Spears wouldn't sell millions of records every time she releases an album... Is PS3 crap cause its in the last place when it comes to sales? Your argument says it is.

So before you make any more rediculous claims about WP7(and Microsoft), how about you just give the phone a shot. They sell some of them used for as low as 120 bucks. Just see what the device is all about and maybe you will understand why Nokia decided to go with it instead of Android.

But that's just the thing disolitude, android isn't just competing with apple for the high end, bc of the nonexistent cost and smaller space needed to store the OS , it's starting to steal the dominance in low end phones that nokia is used to having.

Android already has that dominance. You can find android phones of all costs, shapes and sizes. Iphone is just one device and windows phone is mostly sold as a high end device.

I'm really not arguing Android dominance in sales here, but its not hard to believe that Windows Phone may win an award or two as its trully an appealing device for most users.
