Its good to see some official confirmation. Since the 10 NES games released Nintendo never mentioned the Ambassador program again, I was getting a little worried.

If you bought a 3DS after the cut off can you still pay for these games? Or are they only available to the early owners?

Only for original owners, it's exclusive that's what I know... I'd still rather have saved 50 quid TBH or at least get a free game :/
