JC7 seems to think that it will be Christmas day as a little present from Nintendo, but I do not think that anyone really knows. Other than Nintendo. But sometime in the next 30 days it will be happening!

If you bought a 3DS after the cut off can you still pay for these games? Or are they only available to the early owners?

Only for original owners, it's exclusive that's what I know... I'd still rather have saved 50 quid TBH or at least get a free game :/
