What so skyward sword is a rehash and MW3 isn't?

There's a reason I never ever read metacritic user reviews anymore. Real mature people don't feel the need to trash a game just because it got higher reviews than your personal favorite game.

There seems to be a few people who have complete problems with the controls and many/most others report few if any problems.

I wonder if those who are having problems are not following directions. Many of them seem more used to playing games on other systems than the Wii -- both gamers and reviewers -- so that could be a problem.

As for the reviews in general -- it gives you faith in the "Wisdom of Crowds."

Well I did have to read a few to realize how bad they were.

Strange, the only times I've had to recalibrate are upon game startup, and whenever I leave the game on the home menu long enough for the wiimote to go into power-saving mode.

i got the game today (FINELY!!) and i've been playing for 8-9 hours straight and the only problem i've had so far with the controls are when i use the bug net :P

that happened once or twice i think and the reason is i get so hasty when i want to catch a bug so i swing the wiimote fast to try and catch it before it disappears :P but i do that in real life too when i want to catch a flying bug :P

sometimes i need to recalibrate the camera when in fp view but thats not even an issue. just point at the screen and press down on D-pad.

the only problem i get with the camera is when i am in tight places and or next to a wall but thats not an issue either! it seems like people are trying hard to find things so they can bash the game.

one pointed out that the he can't pick items fast enough which is utter BS! i have no problem whatsoever and it has never been smother than it is in SS and with no interruption.

i like how the enemies react to the sword!

oh and if you swing like crazy you won't get far!

i have not been asked to recalibrate the remote until now and thats 8+ hours of playtime.

its a good thing they put in 6 hearts at the start as i find myself running away to find heart pieces before i get killed which i have not until now btw. can't wait for the tougher enemies! :D

Skyward Sword will be my first ever Zelda game (I had intentions on getting Twilight Princess and Ocarina of Time) and I'll be posting an unbiased review on Metacritic, but loads of the user reviews on Metacritic are fanboy's trying to bump down scores of the games they dislike so their favourite games have a chance of coming on top.

These people are cool and I want to be their friends, also the comments section on youtube is full of rationale people
