Skyward Sword will be my first ever Zelda game (I had intentions on getting Twilight Princess and Ocarina of Time) and I'll be posting an unbiased review on Metacritic, but loads of the user reviews on Metacritic are fanboy's trying to bump down scores of the games they dislike so their favourite games have a chance of coming on top.

What you don't like the my dick is bigger than yours mentality that has to always exist?  Most humans are dicks and assholes.

Come on Nintendo, the next Zelda should have all those childish blood and violence themes so it can be rated M for money, where all the kids would gladly buy em to feel... um more childish... I think... Or was it feel older.

I doubt that "reviewer" even had a Wii lol.
If they doesn't had a wii, I wonder where the score come from? Zelda with sex or blood? That's funny, but zelda fps? That funny! Lol

This has to be the same dudes that puts a 0 every game they encounter on the Metacritic database just because they are sexually unsatisfied in their life :D

The controls aren't unresponsive, but they do go out of sync every minute, need be recalibrated and stop you from just playing the game normally.

Motion Plus ruins this game.

Oh, and anyone who claims camera control is anything but utter crap is kidding themselves.

They have not ever gone out of sync for me. I think you mean you have to re-center.

I will agree it was an odd decision to use motion+ for the first-person pointing sections of the game (dowsing and projectile item use) when there is a perfectly good IR pointer in the controller.... but it is not getting out of sync, it's just a different method of pointing. As soon as you enter that first person mode then whatever position your controller was in is classed as 0,0,0 in 3D spatial terms.

I actually prefer this method over IR pointing for the menus (choosing an answer in a conversation or when you save at one of the bird statues), possibly because I often use times like that in gaming to shift my body position to get comfy, and it can be hard to point while moving. But yes for the main gameplay it can be annoying. (Though all you have to remember is to be pointing at the screen when you start to dowse or use an item rather than after you start to use it.
