If Sony hadn't spent so many millions and millions of dollars in the 90's moneyhatting Nintendo and Sega into the ground, they wouldn't be broke and could buy their way to the top again. This is karma for all the shit they used to get away with when they had $40 Billion+ and Nintendo had about $1 Billion, Sega had even less money. Sony brought all this dirty shit into the console business and now there's a bigger asshole in town with deeper pockets.

Serves them right.

Yup, I knew Karma would strike back sooner or later. All the shit they did in the 90s and it's all coming back to them: They lost all exclusive DLC of some weak, low-selling, GTA rip-off. Haha! Karma's a BITCH!

Low selling compared to GTA, yes--but Saints Row is a quality series and pulls in pretty impressive sales.  It'll probably do better than Mass Effect 3, Bioshock, and a lot of other big name franchises that we hold in high regard.  Heck, a lot of people (including me) think that the first two games in the series are more fun (if not technically superior) to Grand Theft Auto 4.

Don't knock the Row!

I'm cool with that. I'm getting the 360 version tomorrow. SR1 was one of the best reasons to own a 360, back in the day. 360 fans made it a huge hit. Why hurt the loyal users who've bought the series since day 1 or cut content for the biggest userbase in their biggest market?

I'm glad they broke their promise but it would have been better if they didn't make promises they couldn't keep.

I'd figure the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection would keep you busy enough.

Yeah, you'd think that......but like Galactus, my hunger is nigh insatiable.  I've already got Smackdown lined up for next Tuesday and Zelda on the 20th....and Mario Kart in December.  Then, and only then, will I be satisfied.

Until Mass Effect, Tomb Rader, Devil May Cry, Kid Icarus, blah, blah, blah, blah.........

I haven't played most of the Metal Gears, so I'll take my time going through them. That way, when Rising releases, I won't have to giggle nervously on the forums, all the while pretending to know what people are talking about.

i never knew there was an exclusive DLC?
what was it exactly? , and why do people care about DLC so much? .... as of late all the exclusive DLCs been lame stuff like "Exclusive skins" or "exclusive weapon", heck they don't bother to make an exclusive map nowadays.

I know. I'm just spouting nonsense. I'm surprised I constructed a coherent sentence, to be honest.

Ahh, cool.

I was thinking about getting it, especially if it has the original included, but after reading the reviews for both games I would rather not.

good, exclusive dlc is retarded, either make the game exclusive or don't do it at all, not partially that's just stupid and doesn't benefit anyone

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.
