I believe the doctor should not get in trouble as Jackson choose to take the drugs. Even if Jackson mixed the wrong types of drugs individuals doing drugs should research them to know the side effects and results. Jackson was an addict and he made his own choices.

No I do not say fuck California it is a great state better than most.

A doctor is supposed to help people, not support their drug addiction to get rich.

If you do enough painkillers and other drugs medicine eventually it becomes an addiction no matter what. Any doctor providing care with addictive drugs is also making lots af money and creating addicts. This Doctor just happens to provide drugs to famous/rich people instead of the average person.

Once again, doctors are supposed to help people. Giving addicts endless supplies of whatever drug they desire is not helping. No doctor in their right mind would do this. So why did Murray do this for MJ? Because MJ was paying him $150K a month to do it.

A doctor is given the power to give prescriptions in order to help people. He abused that power for money and probably just to be close to MJ. He did the wrong thing and now he needs to be made an example of.

Since when has giving opiates/painkillers not been helping people in chronic pain? I do not know what drugs he gave MJ, but the man was clearly suffering from mental disorders. Some of the drugs were for anxiety which when chronic is considered a mental disorder. Not to mention breaking all those bone for plastic surgery should lead to chronic pain. People get addicted to the drugs no matter if they intend to or not. So if a Doctor is trying to treat things like anxiety and chronic pain they are still helping people.

And last I checked, Fox News is actually one of the most, if not the most watched, news channel.

So the more people watch something, the truer it becomes?

Here are a few points that came up in court:

- No proper equipment was used (such as heart monitors etc) when administering Propofol, which is a general anaesthetic (yes, the kind that knocks you out before surgery). He ordered 4 gallons of the stuff from a pharmacy.
- The doctor failed to call emergency services 20 minutes after discovering Jackson.
- He told a bodyguard to hide drugs before calling an ambulance
- He asked Jackson''s bodyguards if any of them know CPR
- He failed to mention to paramedics that Propofol was administered.

People are so stupid.

When Jackson is alive they call him a child molester, freak, insane, etc. but as soon as he dies he becomes a saint and they want redemption for his death.

Amazing....

no offense to any one , but what the hell is happening to america recently?, its as if the shitty economy is doing severe damage on everyone's brains.

In our defense, it's California. They were stupid long before the economy tanked.

i've never been to cali outside of Miami, but i noticed a lot of "teh dummiez" there, especially the teens, and it was also summer, so everyone was out doing dumb stuff back then, but that was long ago , and i didn't think it was all of california like that.

I they say American's don't know geography? ;)

We don't. Looks like we're not so hot at English, either.

haha, yeah, I have no idea how I left an "I" vs the word "and", or why I used an apostrophe in Americans. :/ However, if you've read any of my posts, it should be self-evident that I commonly screw up my typing and leave simple mistakes.

Its clear that Murray was giving MJ whatever he wanted and not what he needed. Which was an endless supply of various drugs.

You agree MJ was a drug addict and Murray knew that better than anyone. Murray could have walked away, but instead he supported MJ's drug habit for a ton of money and other selfish reasons.

For what its worth, I think they said he can only see a maximum of four years. He'll likely go to some white collar prision and get released early. Not a bad deal. He'll still be a rich man when this is all over.

It is fair to say you know the issue more than me. I will end this by saying I have a better picture of the circumstances now and your last post makes me think about it differently.

Well... we don't actually know if he molested children. But he was definitely an insane freak that loved Hitler.

Personally, I don't care that MJ is dead. Regardless, Murray played a roll in MJ's death. He chose to be the doctor that gave MJ whatever he wanted and this was the result.

It means it's more trusted, which is the exact opposite of Raider84 was saying.  And just because you don't agree with what they are reporting doesn't make it false.
