Here are a few points that came up in court:
- No proper equipment was used (such as heart monitors etc) when administering Propofol, which is a general anaesthetic (yes, the kind that knocks you out before surgery). He ordered 4 gallons of the stuff from a pharmacy.
- The doctor failed to call emergency services 20 minutes after discovering Jackson.
- He told a bodyguard to hide drugs before calling an ambulance
- He asked Jackson''s bodyguards if any of them know CPR
- He failed to mention to paramedics that Propofol was administered.
