the 360 numbers are shocking though, was it because of battlefield 3?

I wouldn`t call +12.6% from last week _shocking_, but it certainly is good.

In comparison, PS3 +9.6% from last week.

No, it has something to do with Kinect. Kinect Adventures is over 70k so there must have been some kinde of deal for the console.

wow kinect numbers are growing fast from week to week. last wekk was a big bump compared to the week before as well. did they start to advertise it for christmas? in germany they started with advertisement

kinect numbers grew form 18k -> 25k -> 45k -> 75k the last weeks

Not sure if those Uncharted-numbers are good or not, people were expecting much more but it still sold more than U2. Goldeneye is a flop as expected

Obviously DS and PSP have the largest % increases because they have the lowest overall sales. Other than that pretty decent bumps, a bit disappointing for PS3, Uncharted 3 didn't have any HW effect.

YoY:

PS3 +34%
DS+3DS +16%
Wii -5%
X360 -31%
PSP -36%
DS -64%

All HW down except PS3, which is quite healthily up. X360 down due to Kinect launch last year. Wii is keeping up quite well in the Americas compared to last year. 3DS+DS is ok but new HW should move more units. PSP and DS obviously dying.

Let's see how things pan out WW. Next week MW3 and Skyrim release.
