Yeah.. it's like meeting the girl of your life... you'll always stay with her and never touch another girl again... o wait.. it's bugrimmer... I'm pretty confident you'll play another game...

Not only will he play another game, he'll play it while he's playing Last Guardian. (Or at least he would if Last Guardian were a real game that was ever actually going to be released.)

these types of threads always make me laugh

You don't need to give up gaming altogether, that's like giving up on books, music, or movies. Maybe you just need to avoid getting sucked by games, or playing games that demand too much time, and instead play the ones that you can play from start to finish every once in a while (MGS, Heavy Rain, Silent Hill, etc.). Online games generally consume much more time because the game never ends, that's where you need to determine a time limit and actually enjoy the game when you play it.

lol... I have full time job, 3 kids with various school and extra-curricular activities, horny wife, friends, and other random daily things and I still find a few hours every so often to throw to my past time... gaming.

Its just what you choose to do. Your entertainment can be just about anything, I choose gaming over TV.... however it also comes after all the other items above.

as long as you keep coming back and make your drama queen threads for our entertainment.

Spend 46+ hours minimum /week at work, come home and raise a 2 1/2 year old girl (SOOO Smart btw, already counts to 10 and can sing her ABC's) and other household and family responsibilities. I still have time for gaming. Currently at 90+ hours in Dark Souls.

Your excuse doesn't work.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Currently playing:

Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

Got a retro room? Post it here!

Your daugher is two and a half already? I remember when you made the thread when she was born!

I feel so VGC-old.

Is there an age where you are supposed stop having fun? I'm almost 29 - did I pass it?

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."  --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials

Conservatives:  Pushing for a small enough government to be a guest in your living room, or even better - your uterus.
