Futureshop had similiar deal during E3. Preoder 3 games and get $60 off. Comes to same as Buy 2 get 1 free. :)

I don't quite follow what you mean. Pretty much any upcoming game this year and next year was available for preorder. All the way to Tomb Raider and Halo 4 in 2012. 

That deal seems flawed, since you can cancel preorders. Guess I missed out

Add: Do you get $60 off when you buy the last game that you preordered. That actually makes sense.
