Media Create for Japan, NPD for USA, and something(FIVE LETTER company, I think EEDAR) for Europe.

Actually might be GfK for Europe. (I don't really know much about the European tracker. )

So, between Europe and Japan VGC have:
Wii - ~155K undertracked.
360 - ~168K undertracked.
3DS - ~222K undertracked.
DS - ~383K undertracked.
PS3 - ~386K undertracked.
PSP - ~531K undertracked.
So, it looks like the DS, PS3, and especially the PSP are all undertracked by a significant amount. Not sure if it is really enough to warrant more adjustments, but it may be. As for the US, we don't know the exact percentage VGC uses from Americas to represent the US. So the US could be pretty accurate.

PSP undertracked? |
you guys kidding me right
~week 41=~Oct 15
example:PS3=2693490,360=1940852
thans means PS3 undertracked about 96k and 360 undertracked 39k
do it again

Well, if that's true, then VGC is pretty spot on. Damn fine job, then.
