Shocked at the ending.

Yeah, it was kinda crazy. Even though I don't mind him being dead I kinda felt bad when he was leaning his head into the gun.

Speaking of endings, I bet they are gonna pull some wild shit at the end of this season next week. I predict that it's going to have something to do with that supposed other group of 30+ bad asses. That or Rick is gonna straight up kill Shane. It's gonna be a looooong wait till season 3 picks back up in the fall, Game of Thrones will quench my weekly series thirst through early June at least.

Was never a fan of Dale. All he did was try and stand up to people then when they lipped him off he'd just open his eyes wide and stand there looking dumb. I hope something happens with Darryl (maybe finding his brother) and I hope Glenn takes up smoking. He's gotta do something.

I was kinda expecting Shane to get it in that episode, 100% getting killed by the end of the Series. Only a matter of time now...

I want somehting bad and horrible to happen to Carl though, despite his brilliant name. I'd rather he died than Shane. Shane adds something to the show, but it's quite obvious his days are numbered. Wouldn't be surprised if he bit the bullet in the next episode, same goes for that Randall guy with the deaths being linked... (Shane kills Randall/ Shane and Rick scuffle/ Carl kills Shane?)

Also wouldn't be surprised if we saw a whole lot more Walkers sometime soon. I think in the previous episode where Shane saw the Walker(s) in the fields, there's a whole bunch on the way to the farm...

Don't think we will see the other group of 30+ people until Series 3 or until the very end of this Series.

The thing with Dale was he added the whole "humanity is still here" thing. He was a voice of reason. Might not be a favourite but it's good for story/development purposes.

Daryl I think is the best character in the entire show. He needs more time and we need to see him killing more Walkers! Glenn they're gonna use for the main romance storyline. He's probably gonna take over from Dale on the voice of reason role too...

If you're wanting someone to do something... T Dog. He aint done shit since he left Merle on that roof.

This show was ok at first. I don't like it as much now.
First season was ok, but it ended in a kind of meh way.
Second season started really awful. Midway through it had a couple of great episodes (specially the one wher Sofia died), but then it gor shitty again.
Dale's death was just shit. The character that was supposed to be the whole "we can still be human" side of the show turned into a nagging old lady. It was like watching a bad horror movie where they make the characters as annoying as possible just so you can laugh when they finally get it. And I did. Fuck Dale.
In fact, fuck most of those characters. Sofia's mother (forgot her name) is completely useless. As is T-Dog. and the other blond chick who isn't Angela (which I seriously forgot all about till I saw her in the last episode). These people are just random extras waiting to become walker food. Don't even get me started on Hershel's family.

Damn dude, sounds like you are a masochist. If you hate so many things about the characters, why the hell do you even watch it?

Funny you mention the novels. I swear if I didn't always watch Talking Dead a day or two after it airs I would call or write to the show telling Hardwick to shut the fuck up with all his "well in the comics, blah blah blah this happens and that happens". It's like he wants everyone to know how hardcore of a fan he his and always has to bring it up. And it's through his douchy insecure babble that I've learned there are quite a few things that are different going on in the show. I can see it now, Rick will kill Shane and this asshole will be on Talking Dead like, "that didn't happen til way later in the books....I'm so shocked right now, I don't know what to say".  Oh and , Merry Christmas!
