Wait, if you buy it, you aren't able to unlock it again for free but you must pay for it again??

might be a PSN error for now.. but some people pushed the button buy once, nothing happend, they pushed it again, and where charged 2 times..
gtplanet forums are having lots of complaints and horror stories about this DLC..

DLC has always been region locked. You couldn't buy EU Uncharted 2 DLC for use on a NA Uncharted 2 game, for example.

DLC has always been region locked. You couldn't buy EU Uncharted 2 DLC for use on a NA Uncharted 2 game, for example.

Hmmm..sucks.... on the 360 it isn't always.. High profile games like CoD and Gears are region locked.. but the rest ain't..

Ow my.. Kaz really made it realistic.. the 1.99 dollar 100 paint colors for your cars are 1 use only.. so if you wanted to use the same color again you have to buy it again.. just like in real life..

That $1.99 gets you all 100 colors, but only for 1 use each? So what happens if you use Red on one car, then on your other car you want to use Red again will you have to buy the whole 100 colors pack again just for that 1 color?

yep.. the paints are actually paint "chips"... usable 1 time per color.. and since you can only buy them in the 100 paint pack.. you must buy the other 99 again..
