I don't know what to say to this......

Do you honestly look at that video and think that the trees and scenery look better in Forza, but the track and surface detail is inferior? You know environment is Forza 4's weak point in graphics. I really doubt you are giving this video an unbiased view.

The Standard cars in GT5 don't even look as good as the cars in Forza 2, how the heck can they look like the ones in Forza 4. Just no way, I think Forza 4 cars in general look better then GT5, but I don't care to argue that.

As for sound, get your hearing checked, or get better speakers. I have never heard any racing game sound as good as Forza 4. I'm even looking into getting a surround sound system because of this game (as opposed to replacing my PS3).

Wait... have you even heard Forza 4 on TV, or just the above video? That above video distorts both GT5 and Forza sound a lot, but even so you can hear the higher pitched frequencies in the engine, where in GT5 they are entirely absent.

I think, I realized you were crazy when you said standard cars in GT5 look like Forza. etomaz, with respect, I say you need to really open your eyes and give other games a chance.

In basically every aspect Forza 4 tops GT5, most users on VGC seem to agree, and this is a forum which has a significant disproportion of PS3 fans wrt 360 fans compared to hardware sales.

The game does ask you to adjust your brightness. Even then, step outside on a nice sunny day. Is this not what you see? This is what I see, and I have 20/20. Remember, it's fall now, Forza depicts summer brightness.

I would like to point out that:

1. GT5's sound changes depending on whether you select an interior view or exterior view; and
2. GT5 has an option to increase the sound quality in the settings, the default is medium so as to not distort monitor speakers.

Not sure if about Forza's sound as I have not played it, but the sound should not be judged from that video in light of the above.

Play it in real life. You probably are thinking GT5 is better because you know how good GT5 looks and sounds on your tv. Just trust me, Forza is a lot better. Forza 4 audio is the best I have ever heard in a video game. Graphics I thought were impossible this gen (not just on the 360).

Show me a standard car in GT5 that looks better then a car in Forza 4.

well the driver in forza 4 definitively won the race, and forza does look better and sound better then GT but that game is way to bright



Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.

Forza 4 does the same as 1 and 2 you know.

Also why would sound quality distort monitor speakers? Volume would, yes, but quality is determined by how authentic the car sounds. Little high pitched frequencies engines do make are present in Forza 4, but not GT5 and well every other racing game there is.
