Forums - Sony - Uncharted 3 Gets Sony's Biggest Marketing Push Ever in the UK.

Also to me GT5 deserves the highest marketing effort in Europe in my eyes, not uncharted. But thats great they are willing to spend some loot though

did you really need to post that 4 times? lol

you know how this site gets now a days. i'm sure he was having hell getting it posted but wht he should have done as after the fisrt click was open a new tab to the thread and see if it had been posted already.

i've found that once you click then your post likely went through already.

Yea it gave me some trouble but i also had no internet connection at the time too. So i couldnt even reload the page or open a new one but it did allow me to keep clicking submit. Sorry

no srry's needed dud. it happens to the best of us. this site isn't working as good as last yr so theres bound to be some mistakes. mods already know about this problem so they won't say much.

so when its slow to load just open up another tab to the thread and if its posted close the tab thats loading and move on. you didn't know so your good.

hey some people do it with threads to so its so common you wouldn't believe it.

Well if it weren't for the massive hype surrounding Uncharted 3 it wouldn't sell like most games but, just because they're spending this much money to market it.This will be the second time I buy a new game at $65 price.I brought Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm:2 at $65 release day.I don't regret it but UNS1 was Wayyy better.

Dude, I don't buy games day one either, but Naruto Ninja Storm 2 was the first one I paid full price on launch (and the first one I platinumed). Though in my opinion, NUNS2> 1

OT: I'm happy that Sony are trying harder for U3, as it seems to be an amazing game, but I don't like shooters at all so I'll give it a miss.

Im most likely going to buy the collectors edition of Uncharted 3 im going to preorder it soon.I hope its not to late(I think).I never buy games at full price unless its great. The only games im buying at full price is Zelda,Uncharted,Assasins Creed(The PS3 version comes with the original game),and Naruto Generations.

PS:UNS1 was the best to because it just had so much more features. In the battle's but UNS2 has more fcharacters and online thats mostly why I like it.

In my opinion UNS2 is far superior thanks to the boss battles. When I played as Jiraiya against Pain I got goosebumps. I too liked the battle system in UNS1 a bit more, but the game lacked the epicness of the sequel.

well its really not that bad. 500k+ is damn good for most games but its still  a far cry from what R1 did. i'm not really sure what changed in the franchise to run people away but R2 must have really did something bad for R3 to sell this bad.

R1 was launch title with little competition and was bundled (unoffically) for a long time.

i'm starting to think kyliedog doesn't know me and it hurts lol?

seriously i loved R1. there was only one problem with R1 and that was the way the sights were placed. it was very unusual, but they changed it in R2 and R3 just looks so much better in every way.

see even though i've been told some of the things that likely turned many away. most of what i'm hearing is unacceptable and not reason enough to leave the franchise.

i've heard about the change in the protagonist, the closed in spaces, and many other things but not one person complains about the game its self.

i've never seen it bundled!

your right. i picked up the game earlier today to play the campaign and see how things play out and its definately the best resistance in the series. alot of the criticism is unwarranted to be fair.

did you get the fill of hopleness? i think everything is well placed. i wish they would have kept the large scale boss battles. tell me how the online is. i think it looks and plays well even with the tactical advantages that the weapons bring into the gameplay.

being able to shoot throught the walls to kill people is kind of cheap. but hey everyone can do it so its not unfare.
