For me, no more than 3 seconds is preferable but passing 5 seconds is pushing it.

I've sat at load screens for like 30 seconds +
Me don't care, I just lay back and chill.

none is of course preferable, but I can tolerate even extensive loading. It helps if there is something to do though while the game is loading, like in Okami.

Hate em'. Hate em' so much. Killzone 2 had load screens for it's online matches that were like 20 seconds. Didn't mind that much because some games were like 3 hours.

Hehehe i know right in Killzone 2 all you didn't have worry much about the loading because there games take a long ass time to finish. but i do mind halo 3 loading for the campagin arhhhhhh it made me and to rip my hair off.
The lower the better, however, I find it enjoyable as somebody mentioned above when they let you do something. The perfect example is a basketball game I played a while back. You could shoot hoops (multiple players was even allowed) while waiting for it to load.
Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.

I absolutely hate them. Especially in RPGs, I hate leaving an area, having to wait, realizing that I forgot something, go back in town, wait, enter the store, wait, arrrggghhh!
That's part of the reason why some of my favorite RPGs are on SNES, no loading times.
